Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50 AUD.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations ( New Zealand, US and Canada). Delivery times vary by location (typically 7-14 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
